RETURN TERMS
You can return any product purchased online within 14 days from the date of delivery
Products can be returned via a carrier of your choice. You must complete the return form in order to provide you with a return number.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
The right of return will be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been met:
• The online return form must be correctly completed and submitted to the Seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the form.
• The products must not have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged.
• The products must be returned in their original packaging.
• The Seller must receive the goods within 30 days from the date of delivery of the package.
If you have met all the above requirements, the Seller will refund you the full price of the returned purchased products. Any duties, taxes and fees paid for the delivery of the purchased products will not be refunded. If the returned products cannot be accepted, you will be informed. In this case, you can choose to have the products redelivered to you at no cost to the Seller. If you refuse the above delivery, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the purchase of the products.

SHIPPING
You can ship your returns to the Seller with a shipping service of your choice and the return shipping will be at your expense. Make sure you have carefully filled out and included in the package all the documentation required for customs clearance. Customs authorities require that all documentation be written in English, so that it can be used by both the authorities of the country from which you are shipping (for export) and the Italian authorities (for import). It is advisable to consult with the local authorities and/or the chosen shipping service to ensure that the documentation is sufficient.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for packages that are held in customs due to missing or insufficient documentation. The Seller therefore strongly recommends choosing a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment at any time. Make sure that the type of shipping you choose guarantees delivery of the package within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
REFUND TIMES AND PROCEDURES
After the Seller has received the returned products and has verified that the products meet all the requirements, you will receive an email to communicate that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.), the refund procedure will be started within 30 days from when the Seller has become aware of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal on the products purchased and once the Seller has verified that the withdrawal has occurred in compliance with the conditions indicated above.
The period of time for the refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products depends on the type of payment used.
